I’ve got a wonderful opportunity to take my work ‘sustain’ to Amsterdam in September for global feminist art movement Nasty Women exhibition “Handmaids Tale”.

 

It’s a lush artist run, un funded event brining together feminist artists and activists from around the world and i’m very excited to be part of it! Because it’s unfunded there’s no money to pay an access assistant to support me getting to and from Amsterdam and installing and de installing the work or child care while I’m there.

 

I’ve applied for small, quick turn around bursaries to fund this, but sadly with no luck. I need about £800 so i’m going to try and raise the money myself with a one day, online art and tshirt sale.
